This policy explains how VCD AUTO REPAIR 4 ("we", "the shop"), located at 6710 Annapolis Rd, Hyattsville, MD 20784, handles measurement and consent on this website.
What we measure
This website loads a tag from Meta (Facebook) called the Meta Pixel (ID 1031927979848567). It records which pages are visited and clicks on our contact buttons (Call, Text, WhatsApp, Get Directions, and Request State Inspection), including which button type was used and where on the page it was.
When the shop configures them, the website may also load Google measurement tags (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking) that record the same page visits and contact clicks. If they are not configured, no Google tag is loaded.

When Google tags are active, data is received by Google LLC (and Google Ireland Ltd. for visitors in the EU/EEA, UK, and Switzerland), under Google's privacy policy.
Why we measure
To understand how many people visit the site and use our contact buttons, and to measure and improve the performance of our advertising campaigns (measurement and ad optimization).
Your choices and consent
In the EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland, and other regions where consent is required, the Meta and Google tags stay inactive until you press "Accept" on our cookie notice. If you press "Decline", the tags remain inactive and the website works normally.
We record your choice, the date and time, and the version of the notice you saw, so we can honor it on future visits. You can change your decision at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. Declining blocks the tags going forward, in any region; your earlier acceptance stays on record as evidence of what you agreed to and when.
